How to upload to the shared library?

Searching around, it seems there is some place you create some account, and then you can upload cards to the shared library....
Where? How?

Also, when uploading text, a tab means a new side and a new line means a new card.... Something else should mean a new card, as so many "answers" contain multiple lines of text. Make {~!~} mean a new card or something, so we can use the export feature from quizlet more easily.

Hi. To upload to shared library, tap "edit" at top-right of Decks screen, tap deck to export, Export/Share, Shared Library...

If you want to a new line on a side, you can use the pipe | character (shift \) to create a new line.
