I'm sorry for the really slow response.
Yes, you can include settings in your sheet for a new deck. To see how this is done, make the changes in an existing deck in the app, then EXPORT the deck. To export, swipe left on deck, Export/Share. You can export by Email, for example. At the top will be rows that start with an asterisk. These are settings (which are not default).
In Deck Options > Multiple Choice, there is a setting "Show Detail After". If you change to one of the other options, then the card will change to a flippable card after a correct and/or wrong answer, allowing you to see the detail.
Another thing you can do is long-press the multiple choice question and the card will switch the flip style, allowing you to see all sides.
