Some Multiple choice answers are greyed out

Constructed a set of cards using google sheets. When loaded into the app. The correct answer is bright while the other answers are dim as if greyed out. I can still select those answers and be wrong but the correct answer is bright and obvious.

The sheet is constructed with columns ( text 1, text 2, wrong answer 1, wrong answer 2, wrong answer 3)
The question is in text 1. The correct answer in text 2 and wrong answers filled in behind.

Is there a setting that reveals the right answer or is this a formatting issue in the sheet?
