Deck shows only half of cards

My friend and I are working off of the same Google sheet. First, I downloaded the deck, and I was able to see the correct number in the lower left of the card where it says how many cards you have done (1/980) but my friend always had much smaller numbers in the denominator there. On the screen with the list of decks it would say the correct total words, but the total indicated while using the cards. After an update, I saw that now MY count was off, but by a smaller amount (like a hundred). I went to update again to see if it would fix it but NO, now it only shows 1/510 when the deck says it has 1385 cards on the deck overview screen. I have tried updating it again several times and the number remains the same. What can I do?

Hi Ursula,

From the study screen, tap the gear icon at top-right to get to Deck Options.
Go to "Cards to Study". Here is where cards can be filtered out for studying. The default is "All", except for Excluded = "Hide Excluded".
Change everything to "All". Return to study screen. Do you see all cards?

If no, and if Card Order is set to "Short Term Goal", try Ordered or Random.

If still no, then I don't know. If you tap the bottom-right 2-card icon to go to Cards screen, do all cards show up there?
