Uploaded sound 3 cannot be played

I have successfully uploaded my flashcards with text 1-3 along with sound 1-3. All texts (all 3 slides) are displayed well. And the sound 1 & 2 also play well, only the sound 3 cannot be played on slide 3. On slide 3, there is only the texts, I couldn't see the triangle play button. Wondering what I can do to solve it? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the slow response.

I'm not sure why the problem. You have the proper header "Text 3". The sound files exist? You didn't get any error when importing?

I just tried a test on my end and it worked as expected for me.
