Studying with a browser? This won't happen. I'm not that good at website front-ends, and this would require a huge amount of work.

Studying with Android/iOS, but somehow link to other users for some sort of competition? While this does sound interesting to me, I'm thinking this will have limited use as most people are studying something slightly different.
