When turning on multiple choice, by default, the wrong answers will come from other random cards. If you want to specify your own wrong answers, you'll need to include a header row in your text and include the following column names:
Text 1 - question
Text 2 - answer
Wrong Answer 1 - first wrong answer
... up to ...
