Hi there,

have problem with statistics showing study time. Noticed that already before for some time now. Today again, studied a deck for few hours today, but in statistics study time it shows only 28 minutes. For this deck I have just one statistics set.
Was checking forum, but didn't find others noticing that

Just got idea that maybe it's not recording minutes but instead hours, so when it says 28 minutes on the screenshot down, it's actually 2.8 hours, that seems more closer to time I actually studied, but can't say for sure

The app only counts time while you are in the study screen. Is it possible that you were only in the study screen for about 28 minutes. Seems unlikely though.

Was your behavior/use of the app consistent for 2.8 hours? If you were changing things up a bit, any particular activity that might have been about 28 minutes?

It was multiple sessions during the morning, it adds few minutes all the time I'm in, before sleep it was on 55 minutes.

Time adds consistently but just way too slow. I have copy of deck for listening in browse mode, and in browse mode it seems time is counting correctly

I haven't been able to duplicate this yet on my end. I tried SRS studying with both spelling on and off, and both seemed to calc study time correctly for me.

It's very possible I'm not saving time correctly in some situation, but I don't know what that situation is. If you can, do some studying as normal and check Time Studied change. If it looks very low, give me details on how you were studying and I'll try to duplicate on my end. For example, does using the keyboard seem to work differently than using screen? Does it only happen in spelling mode?

Thanks for the video and your help with this. The problem was because you were switching to "detail view" after a correct answer in spelling, and the app wasn't keeping track of time correctly in this case. This will be fixed for the next update.

Yea i thought if you couldn't see what's happening, you couldn't really do much about it as you don't use spelling, you would never notice it. See that alone could be a reason to start using spelling, though it has much greater value as well lol.
