Flashcards Deluxe Forum

Hello,
after some absence, I am back studying my vocabs with Flashcards Deluxe.
Now, I was trying to setup a link which should show to a Youtube video.
I have searched inside the forum and the app help and came up with the following.
I am using Android and FlashcardsDelux latest versions!

I am using Excel to setup my spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is saved on my Dropbox account.
First column I have named "Text 1" , second column I have named "Picture 1"
under Text 1 I have set the title of the video, in this excample: Spanien: Francos langer Schatten | ARTE Re: Doku
under Picture 1 I have set the link to the video (incl. the "embed"): https://www.youtube.com/embed/watch?v=_8zvPZ8Hlyg

I see the standard black embeded Youtube video Start Button. But it wont play.

It gives an error message:

Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten (there has been an error)
Bitte versuchen Sie es später nocheinmal (please try again later)
Wiedergabe-ID: LwK3QGLxmXvlOtuW (playback-ID LwK3QGLxmXvlOtuW)

What am I doing wrong?

Get rid of the "watch?v=" part:

thanks for getting back to me.
I changed the link, but still the error exist.
I took the link which is "provided" in the help inside the app, if you look up "videos".
Also this link to a Youtube video did not work.

Hm, do I need to set up something special inside the App or on my phone?

Try downloading a "private deck" I created:
+ (add deck), Private deck
deck code = videotest

That works for me on Android. If it doesn't work for you, let me know, but I'm really out of ideas. No idea why it doesn't work. I'm sorry.

This works perfectly.
Now I have to find out what I am doing wrong.
