Sync problem

Hi,

I have problems with the sync.

I create a new card on Android, App Version 4.73. I sync and the log says, that one card became uploaded. But when I sync on my IOS device, app version 4.78, the card does not become downloaded. No error message.

I try to sync via app server and via Dropbox. Both the same.

Any idea?

Hi Tim,

Sorry for the slow response.
Use the "app server" sync. It said one card uploaded. That is good.
On your other device, did you go to "decks to sync". You need to find the deck in the "only in cloud" section and activate it. That will tell the app that you want it sync'd to this device also. Did you do this?
