Hi,

You can't have more than one deck with the same name being synced, so maybe that is the problem.

When you delete a deck on your device, it doesn't delete it from the sync/cloud area.

Global Options > Sync > Delete. Here's where you can delete decks from the sync/cloud area. Maybe you need to clean this up first, then try your new deck again.

Problem with syncing a “Local Only” deck

I’ve started having a problem syncing one of my decks between my new iPad, my old iPad, and my iPhone. I created the deck on my new iPad and under “Decks to Sync” it is listed under “Local Only”. When I sync, it does not show up on my other devices and I get the message “Turning off deck. Deck name already exists on server”. I haven’t had this problem before. Do you know what is going on? How do I move it out of the “Local Only” group?

Also, under the “Cloud Only” section of “Decks to Sync” I see dozens of decks that I thought I had deleted. Are they still out on some server and can I delete them once and for all?
