No problem. Thanks so much for looking into it!! Using the raw Thai is working for me.

Hi. I looked into this, but I don't know how to fix on my end. I'm not stripping out the % characters. Sorry, I can't help. To get this to work, you'll need do the conversion on your end.

Is this on iOS or Android?
I should then be able to look into this sometime next week to see if there's an easy fix.

Yes. The raw Thai characters do work. Unfortunately the CSV file produced by Thai Dict doesn’t use raw Thai characters in the link; the link has that long string with %. I can edit the link to substitute the Thai characters, but it is an extra step. Thanks so much for responding!!

Thanks!

I'm not sure. Have you tried just using the raw Thai characters?

Extra Info link stripping “%” character

Hi Ernie,

Love your super great app!! Old school, unpretentious, packed with useful functionality!!

I’m having one problem with the links in “Extra Info.” I want to link to the entry for a Thai word in an app called Thai Dict. Thai Dict provides a url that looks like this:

paiboonthdc://search/%e0%b8%ad%e0%b8%ad ... %e0%b8%a2/

But when I click the link in Flashcards Deluxe, all the “%” seem to be stripped out, like this:

e0b8ade0b8ade0b881e0b881e0b8b3e0b8a5e0b

Just this string is passed to Thai Dict which fails to find the entry.

Any suggestions to work around?

Thanks
