There are two locations your files might be at.
Tap + (add deck), Dropbox, then tap gear icon at top-right. Notice the location at the bottom of this "Dropbox Options" screen. Does it match with where you are looking?
My guess is that you recently logged in to Dropbox using the first login button, which uses the "Apps" subdirectory, and you are not looking there.

I've been using the app for years on an iphone (now on version 4.41). I like to have a copy of the decks from time to time.

I used to do it this way: edit/backup/restore/ full backup. The do the backup in dropbox.

The thing is: everything seems to be working but no new files appear on my dropbox folder backup (the newest file is five years old).

Same thing happens with the sync. Nothing seems to happen when go to options/sync/ sync now.

Any help would be welcome. Best,
