Hi Phil,

Use the | character (shift \) to signal a new-line in a text file. See below for an example, which includes optional specify wrong answers for this card (instead of grabbing from other random cards).

Text 1<tab>Text 2<tab>Wrong Answer 1<tab>Wrong Answer 2
Which are animals?<tab>frog;|bear<tab>car<tab>pear

Text 2 = frog;|bear (2 correct answers)

You can specify more than one correct answer by separating answers with a semicolon and a new line (alt-enter in Excel for Windows) in your spreadsheet or in the app.
If you are using a text editor to create flashcards, let me know.

If using your PC to create cards, you will create columns: Text 1, Text 2, Wrong Answer 1, Wrong Answer 2, Wrong Answer 3 (optional), Wrong Answer 4 (optional)

Multiple correct answers will go in the "Text 2" column, again using semicolon and a new line to separate them.

If you include "A)" at the beginning of an option (not really recommended), you'll want to use the option Deck Options > Multiple Choice > Order Custom Answers > On.

If you still have trouble, let me know.

I am trying to set up my multiple choice questions to be able to select more than one answer for that individual question. How can I do this within the app itself?

Ex. Question 142. Physical signs of a PSA may include (choose all that apply)?

A.) Palpable pulsatile mass
B.) Presence of a systolic bruit
C.) Significance site pain
D.) Loss of pulse in the opposite leg

Answer: A, B, C
